President Obama’s Recent Act Against Law Enforcement Is A Disgrace

President Obama’s rocky relationship with law enforcement has been earned.  Whether it is saying that police acted “stupidly” for making a legal arrest, making innuendos of racism before deadly force investigations are complete or meeting with the family of a felon after they were shot after fighting with the police, Obama has seldom acted ‘presidential’ when it came to law enforcement matters.

In the last month of President Obama’s tenure as President, the White House quietly announced his presidential appointments of Dego Adegbile to a six-year terms on the U.S. Civil Rights Commission. It is unusual for such an announcement as a President is literally walking out the door but when it is yet another slap in the face to law enforcement, it becomes easily understood.

Adegbile is not new to the scene.  President Obama previously nominated him to head the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division, but a bipartisan group of senators blocked the nomination in 2014.  How outrageous was that appointment?  Adegbile became the first Obama appointment that was rejected after Senate Democrats pushed through the “nuclear option” to eliminate the possibility of filibustering nominees. Seven democrats voted against him.

Obama was stopped then for good reason. Adegbile once filed a Supreme Court amicus brief in the Mumia Abu-Jamal case.  Black Panther Mumia Abu-Jamal was convicted twice and sentenced to death in the murder of Philadelphia police officer Daniel Faulkner. His sentence was later commuted to life imprisonment without parole.

The coward, Mumia Abu-Jamal, shot Officer Faulkner in the back and has he tried to escape fell and was caught by responding officers with the murder weapon just a few feet from him.

Everyone should understand this.  The guilt or innocence of Mumia Abu-Jamal is not in question.  He has exhausted his appeals.  He was twice convicted and it doesn’t matter what celebrity comes to his aid, he is nothing more than a racist, cop killing coward.

The Black Panthers are a racist, radical group that professed the murders of law enforcement officers. Members and former members of the group were responsible for the murders of at least 15 law enforcement officers and the wounding of dozens more across the nation.  This was who Mumia Abu-Jamal was and this is who Dego Adegbile was defending.

John McNesby, president of the Philadelphia chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police, called the appointment a “kick in the teeth to the cops.” Sam Cabral, president of the International Union of Police Associations, called the appointment a “slap in the face to every law enforcement officer in this great nation.”

Almost a year ago, we told you that President Obama had time to “regain his balance” on the way he has treated law enforcement.  We were hopeful.  His latest action proves undoubtedly how he really feels about us.

Dego Adegbile is a lawyer and has the right to defend whomever he chooses.  In our opinion, he chose wrong and President Obama should have known better.  This last minute appointment solidifies President Obama’s hatred and disdain for American Law Enforcement.  Congratulations sir, this is your legacy.

Strange no one spoke out about the fact Donald just added a klan member to his cabinet whom shot, lynched murdered inAmerican civilians burned house of worship killing children and was never brought to justice ,needless to say there are many sitting in prison falsely accused by an unfair justice system and so many of you practice hate toward anyone whom speak out for equality even though most were white Americans whom sacrificed their life to abolish the hatefilled ideology of superiority when all men were created equal by one God ,it is FACT that some officers and judges are filled with hate and destroy lives we will all be held accountable one day some of you are in denial until it happens to you

Blacks voted for a black presidential candidate simply because he was black. 95% is an extraordinary number that cannot be explained by issues or statistics, only by racism. The hispanic vote followed closely behind. I can understand a black person voting for a black president for the very first time in history. It was an emotional event, an historic event, and it might be excused on that basis alone, but the fact remains it was also a racist event. A black candidate could have went as far as to say I am going to kill puppies and kittens and the blacks still would have voted for him !

Blacks hurt their cause when they scream racism every time things don’t go their way. When there are real acts of racism, people are less likely to get upset, and just assume it is someone crying wolf. Everyday problems are called “life”, get used to it, suck it up and deal with it like the rest of us.

Since the Ferguson riots, America has been suffering from a violent outbreak of anti-white racism. It’s time to call it what it is.
If white mobs harassed black people, screamed racist slogans and claimed that even the existence of black people was oppressive, no one would hesitate to describe that ugliness as racism. When #BlackLivesMatter racists do it, it’s excused, defended and even praised as a civil rights movement.
Racism is not civil rights. No group that talks about “white supremacy”, “white privilege” or “white spaces” is a civil rights movement.
It is a racist movement, and anti-civil rights.
Black racism hides behind alleged victimhood. Every act of bigotry, from name-calling to race riots to murder, is justified by the claim that every single white person is part of a conscious or unconscious conspiracy to discriminate against them. This claim, embodied by the racist term “White Privilege”, is classic racism. White people are not responsible for the fact that homicide is the number one cause of death for black males. White people do not sit around conspiring to deny black people jobs. If there is a job problem in the black community in America today it is because of the anti-business policies of a black president and the worst economic recovery on record.

You are not addressing the real issues here but instead continue with your hatefilled rants and living in denial check your history and get back to me seems of course your want no one to speak up for equality your president elect used racial rants against african Americans latin Americans ,women and Muslims, whites are the majority so they voted in the first afRican American president because Republicans had this country in a recession which by the way was 2 terms no scandals from foreign nations nor so called electoral college, simply put hate is an ignorant ideology passed down through generations as a learned behavior and don’t kid yourself thinking all is fair in America I guess that depends on which side of the bench you sit but the idea that blacks are violent ,lazy and uneducated has been taught to every society by your kind you hate out of fear and systematically oppress since it was made illegal for you to lynch murder rape and burn Americans homes and place of worship it’s no secret a people can be brainwashed to self destruct imposed by the Willie Lynch letter to all the slave masters your federal government admitted to putting Crack in the poor neighborhoods, would you disown your daughter if she came to you and say she’s pregnant from and wants to marry a BLACK MAN, truth is blacks have endured much violence at the hands of whites called derogatory names and taught self hatred if you have never had to walk in their shoes don’t knock it and stop prejudging as you are keeping the same ideology alive.

As for claiming putting crack in poor neighborhoods to bring them down simply foil the plan don’t do the drugs

          • Mjaxon7

I never said to bring them down it actually was an experiment as was with the Tuskegee Airmen as for me,I don’t touch it ,not even the alcohol with the liquor stores on every other corner but tell that to all the oppressed neighborhoods and societies around the world with people who just want to escape their painful realities and this was not about presidential election as no man is our saviour all are prone to err and cannot please all of the people all the time no matter how great ,will still be ridiculed and criticized we all have a purpose and our greatest command was love one another.

I can’t stand Obama, he’s probably the worst president there has been, but to blame any police backlash on him, just proves you don’t get the point. Police are finally getting caught up in all their corruption. In the age of cameras, it’s now clear that lower standards are placed on cops, they’re allowed to murder, cheat, and steal with impunity while being caught on camera. I don’t know what kind of support cops are whining about not receiving. They receive extremely good pay and benefits, for a job that mainly involves extorting people for victimless crimes. I am in no way condoning any kind of killing of cops or citizens, the difference is, cops get away with murder, while normal people don’t. Until police culture in America changes, things will not get better

Every citizen of the United States is entitled to a legal defense. It appears that Mr. Adegbile as a defense attorney did his job representing his client. That is no “slap in the face’ to law enforcement, but in fact supporting the constitution, and protecting the right of those accused by the government. Based upon what this article professes, then Michael Slager should not have had a defense lawyer, after all he shot an unarmed civilian that posed no threat.
