West Virginia State Trooper Shot At Domestic Violence Call

West Virginia State Police have released the name of both the suspect and the troopers that was shot during the response to a domestic situation.

WSAZ reports that Jeremiah Yeager is the suspect and he will be charged with attempted murder of a police officer.

Cpl. David Fry is the state trooper who was shot in the incident.

Cpl. Fry was shot in the shoulder, hand and leg.

Yeager tried to hide a hand gun and got into a struggle with troopers when they arrested him.  He was later taken in to custody.

Cpl. Fry was taken to a local hospital after being shot and underwent surgery Tuesday morning. His injuries are not considered to be life threatening.

    There seems to be a segment of our society that feels it is their right to shoot police officers. Well, I’m here to tell you it is the right of every officer to blow your motherf_ _ _ing head off if you even look at him cross eyed !!!

      Self defense is a human right. Plummer v. State in Indiana, and Indiana passed legislation after that. In federal law it goes back to 1900.
