The parents of a 5-month-old baby face child abuse charges after taking their baby to a hospital emergency room last year with a broken leg and fractured ribs.
The Billings Gazette reports that Andrew Lewis McClure, 22, and Brianna Lynn McClure, 23, are each charged with two counts of child abuse. Each parent also faces child abuse by accountability if it is discovered one of the two was the direct cause of their 5-month-old’s broken femur and rib fractures.

The McClures appeared from jail Wednesday in Yellowstone County Justice Court. Each is being held in place of a $25,000 bond.
The McClures brought their 5-month-old baby to Billings Clinic in July 2015, according to charging documents. The baby had a broken femur and a radiologist at the clinic said the baby also had healing rib fractures.
