Daphne Crawford and her husband Alan Crawford were both arrested on June 16 in two separate incidents.
Both are facing terroristic threatening charges. The same couple were thrown out of a Ft. Smith (AR) mall in December 2015 after they were filming various stores.
In the most recent incident, the Crawford’s became upset at a local restaurant and stated, “Only a Christian would treat them like that,” when their meal took too long.
Before the couple left, Daphne Crawford told the waitress “People like you are the reason we kill,” according to the affidavit.
Following the incident, the Crawfords made several related posts on social media that displayed weapons and threatened violence, the affidavit states.
Daphne Crawford initiated a conversation with the woman in which she stated her husband, Alan, would show up with an AK-47 and is a former Navy SEAL, the affidavit states. Daphne Crawford also sent the woman a photo of her husband in Muslim attire kneeling with a weapon described as an assault rifle, according to the affidavit.
Daphne Crawford’s bail was set at $3,500.
Alan Crawford was arrested following an incident on June 8th, where he told a used car salesman that he would kill him. His bail was set at $10,000.
Both were arrested, released after bonding out and the search is currently on to find them again for active warrants after the FBI investigated both incidents.
The search revolves around the University of Arkansas where officers are stopping cars, using ATV’s and out on foot attempting to locate the suspects.
