BALTIMORE (AP) — A Baltimore police official says two of three people found dead in a row house fire were shot, and investigators are trying to determine how the third person died.
Police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi (goo-lee-EHL'-mee) says one victim was found on the first floor of the home, and the others were found on the second floor.
Fire department spokesman Kevin Cartwright says firefighters were called to the home on Nichols Avenue about 6:45 a.m. Tuesday and found fire and smoke coming from the home. He says a woman found on the second floor was taken to a hospital where she later died.
Cartwright says all the victims appear to be adults.
