NEW YORK (AP) — New York City police say a man arrested in the stabbing death of a 6-year-old Brooklyn boy is also suspected of stabbing a man at a Manhattan subway platform.

Police spokesman Stephen Davis said Thursday that surveillance video appears to show Daniel St. Hubert near the subway station where a 52-year-old homeless man was stabbed Wednesday morning. The man is recovering in a hospital.
Davis says witnesses also described a man that resembles the 27-year-old suspect on the subway platform where the attack occurred.
Davis says it appears St. Hubert was issued a summons Tuesday evening in Brooklyn for public urination. But he wasn't identified by authorities as the stabbing suspect until Wednesday afternoon.
Davis says St. Hubert will likely be charged with murder and assault in Sunday's stabbings of the 6-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl.
