GUILDERLAND, N.Y. — A New York State Trooper was on a routine call in the town of Guilderland when he was approached by an unknown woman who handed him a card with $1,000 cash as a "thank you."
On Sunday, Trooper Christopher Maniscalco was answering a complaint on Oak Tree Lane in Guilderland when the woman approached him and asked if he was busy. He responded that he had a few moments and the woman proceeded to tell him, "Trooper I always see you around, doing a good job and wanted to say Merry Christmas and thank you."
