TOMAH, Wi. – Police officers in Wisconsin were cleared of any charges after dash-cam video shows a suspect opening fire on them.
28-year-old Seth McCloskey shot at police during a traffic stop on April 22.
McCloskey was later found dead inside his vehicle.
An investigation showed the shooting by police was justified.
